Ground Transportation Center Parking Ramp

Parked here for a show at the Paramount. After the show grabbed a sandwich and back to the car.... We were trapped in the garage with three other cars. No answer on the attendant button, after hours emergency number.... No answer. Police were called and they had no luck reaching the company either. I can't believe this, even the officer has no clue what to do. An hour before someone finally answered the emergency number. Had the police officer not been there I am sure I'd find my own way out.
