We hired Ground Level January 2022 to design a courtyard with a pool. They took our money right away, but It took until the fall to get the plans. Then finally in 2023 we were told everything was done and we could begin work. But our contractor was stopped by a city inspector. It turns out Ground Level did not have all the right permits. Guess what? It’s eight months later and we still have no permit and no usable courtyard. It’s been a living hell. Do not use this company. They will take your money and then move on to their next job and leave you hanging.
