Groundworks

I recently had some work done to my crawlspace and after doing some research I decided to go with Groundworks. From my first meeting with Clay Kline/Inspector I was impressed! He was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew that came out Martorio, Lequinton, Steven and Noah did a fantastic job! They worked steadily and got finished quicker than expected. I LOVE the way my floors feel under my feet...solidly under my feet. Now I can invite people over without worry. Thank you Groundworks for doing a great job on my house

This company is absolutely professional. The job they did exceeded expectations. You definitely get your money's worth with a quality lasting result. You can get a handyman to try to do it and redo it pretty much every two years or you get them to do it. I am thoroughly impressed. I am a real estate broker who does a lot of business and we are very weary of contractors. Without a doubt I would recommend them and I will always use them when needed. My clients will be getting their name and number also. Matthew and Brandon were superb.

PICK GROUND WORKS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. We hired Ground Works to do bracing with slight lifting of our home after we already needed this to happen after the foundation started slipping and the first company were completely unreliable of course we didn’t know that at the time. Needless to say Ground Works team came in and DOMINATED and completely figured out what the company prior did wrong and told us what is currently wrong and what we could do to fix it. We are in a difficult place financially but they still worked with us. Hayden, the point of contact that came to do the evaluation and quote, was so helpful and explained in-depth and was able to get us a solution that worked out (God is good). The Groundworks installation crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Before beginning the work, they took time to explain the scope of the project, how the foundation support system would be installed, and what results we should expect. Throughout the process, the crew was professional, respectful of our home, and very organized in how they worked. Once completed, they walked me through everything they had done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how the support system will benefit our foundation long-term. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the outcome at this point. Thank you to the foreman as well as Adrian and José for their hard work and attention to detail. Jamil and CJ ,Eugene was the Forman on the job everyone was excellent, beyond reproach. Professional, polite, I felt heard and understood. Eugene explained everything to my satisfaction. Chris came to my home for the estimate, and had no problem adjusting to my needs, he did not over sell . Very impressed. I feel I got value and great work. The price was in the middle of the range I had in mind. I highly recommend Groundworks.
