Groundworks from Houston Texas... We had our whole house leveled and they even finished before scheduled time. We were pleased with the crew, Ian,Thomas, Will, Tyler and Charles. They were Very professional and courteous. They all worked so hard! My husband checked on them often and they always were wonderful and welcomed his questions. He was pleased with all of them. Ian the head guy way very polite and was such a gentleman when he came in the house and was even patient with my dogs. God bless him. I live in the Bay Area. You are crazy if you do not call this company. Very professional. They answered immediately (no frustrating phone trees) and set up a free consultation. The technician, Mike, called the day before, then thirty minutes before to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. We walked around my house to discuss the foundation. He then took pictures, did a detailed layout, and then measured every room. He also went into the crawlspace and did the same thing. He even told me that a HVAC duct had fallen and he offered to duct tape it back up. Who does that??? Highly recommend Groundworks!!! The process from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. We received several bids for our 1910 home with basement walls cracking and water penetrating. There was also an addition on our home and the foundation was settling and they addressed that as well. We visited with Sheldon in our home and he was more than willing to come back out and visit again when we had additional questions. The crew doing the work showed up every day and completed the extensive job in a matter of days. The foreman, James, communicated daily about the plans and the goal for the day. Danny kept us in the loop at every phase of the operation. They were all well knowledged in their craft and worked diligently. Groundwork’s Jackson, MS The guys that came to put the piers in to level up our house were very professional, kind, and informative while working at our house. They worked very hard and all day. I don’t even think they stopped to eat. They had everything done in three days. Thank you to Robby, Bristol, BoPete, Vic and Jon for doing a great job! Also, thank you to Jake and Cameron for doing a great job putting the foam into the concrete to lift more of the lower spaces. They drilled holes all through the house where the problems were and you couldn’t even tell they had drilled any of the flooring. Great job to all of them!!
