Groundworks

I had an excellent experience with Groundworks, particularly with their Certified Field Specialist, James Riley. I purchased my home in 2022 and have noticed progressive cracks in the walls and bathroom that appear consistent with normal settling. During the recent cold spell, some of these cracks seemed to worsen, and although I suspected this wasn’t a major foundation issue, I wanted a professional assessment to understand how concerned I should be. James came out to evaluate the house, and from the start he took my concerns seriously. Wonderful service all around. Tim was thorough with his inspection and explained everything very well. Also very timely with financing options. When Dave and his crew came out, they were very punctual and professional. Dave was able to answer any questions I had and was able to respond to any concerns. Now my basement is dry and looks the best it has in almost 15 years. Also posted is before and after pictures.

My experience with Groundworks was all positive. From the original estimate from Colin to the install. Rory, Nate and Benjy were just a pleasure. The work they did was wonderful. I would highly recommend Groundworks to encapsulate anyone’s crawl space.

Very pleased. When we got the quote we were told the crew would simply replace the dirt, but not necessarily return it to its original state (ie plants and mulch). Terrance, John, and Ben did nothing of the sort. The finish was like they never dug up anything at all!! They took pictures, were communicative, and very professional! These guys really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening the entire time. Lastly, they were much quicker than expected. Only took them about 3 hours to get everything done. Very, very pleased!!

Colin came out to give me a quote on a project and was extremely professional from start to finish. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing things the right way !
