Grout Boss Brevard

Grout boss rehabilitated our tile floors beautifully! 10 plus years of dirt and constant mopping build up gone in hours. Not your typical office, this is a scrap yard, where things are not typically easy to keep clean. Photos speak for themselves.

Eric and his team did a great job with my shower. I had dirty grout that couldn't be cleaned (I tried). The mold/mildew was also trapped under the caulking and everything needed to be removed, cleaned out and re-grouted. There was also rust on the tiles. It's a lot of work! Eric worked hard and it looks fantastic now. I would recommend his service.

Grout boss did a horrible job cleaning my kitchen tile. It had a glazed coating from the previous owner that he told us he could get off. I had to keep showing them there were spots missed. We had also got them to fill in some missing grout in our hallway tile. They didn’t fill the spots all the way and of course the grout came out again a few months later. And a warning, he verbally told us what he would do along with a price. Then he wrote it on an invoice, but I didn’t notice that he left one item off until they were finished. I told him they didn’t do the item, he looked at the invoice and said, “if it’s not on the invoice, it’s not covered on this job”. My mother had a good initial experience but afterwards we realized they didn’t regrout under a hutch and our wall unit. We asked if we would need to move any furniture and were assured that the crew would do this for us. My mother has tried to get ahold of someone to correct this for months but to no avail. Grout Boss needs to make this right and finish the job they agreed to do. In Grout Boss’s response below he first says that he doesn’t move furniture. Then he says he moved the entire living room’s furniture. So which is it? If communication had been better, we would have moved the furniture ahead of time so it wasn’t an issue but we were told not to worry about moving furniture, they would do it.
