Grout Man

Picture this, your 1000 months pregnant and on your birthday you notice a leak from your upstairs bathroom- that was me and I was the person dealing with this problem. Normally I can deal with a problem like this by myself, but being pregnant made it difficult to be able to handle it. I called and got an in-person estimate from a big name grout company, but the installer they sent out was rude and condescending and I decided not to go with them because of this, their estimate and they couldn't schedule my repair in a timely manner. I did more research for a local grout repair company and that's where Grout Man came into my life. Owner Jack came out the next day and quoted me a very fair price. Mike did a fabulous job in one day restoring and regrouting my retro bathroom tiles which I love and wanted to keep. The bathroom tiles look brand new, the grout and caulk lines are perfect and I could not be happier. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, promptness, price and warranty on their work. Jack re-caulked our bathroom shower and it looks great! It had previously had a leak around the bottom tiles so he caulked around those tiles too. He gave us several options and properly talked us out of anything that would be too risky or too expensive. We've used Grout Man before and Mike did an excellent job of caulking the same shower a few years ago. Jack is very transparent, honest and thoughtful about his offerings and I'd never use anybody else for similar work. I highly recommend Grout Man!!!
