From the refinishing of the existing oak floors, the installation of new oak stair treads and then the installation of LVP floors where just plywood existed! Steve, the owner, was my initial point of contact and he was professional, supportive, clear, communicative and responsive. He helped me clarify the direction for each aspect of the job, which allowed me to let go of the insecurity of my decisions. We hired Grove Manor Flooring to remove carpet from two upstairs bedrooms and install oak hardwood to match the existing hardwood throughout the upstairs rooms. They also replaced about 1,200 square feet of carpet on our lower level with vinyl plank and removed carpeted stairs replacing them with hardwood. Everything turned out really nice, and we’re happy with how it all looks. Michael, the project manager, was easy to work with and made sure things stayed on track. Erin gave solid advice on flooring choices, and Steve, the owner, was involved and helpful throughout.
