What is the deal with this company? I purchased a container home a year ago and needed a termite inspection to get my CO to move in. Ridiculous, but we did it. I've since then had a technican show up unannounced despite the no trespassing signs several times. I was hoping he would go away on his own, but today was the final straw. He started digging small holes in my front yard! Of course no one at the Hendersonville office works till 5:30 like the other branches, so I'm hoping this review gets the message across. Stop tresspassing!!!

I got to tell you that I have been so impressed with this branch over the last 5 years. They have serviced my home. I have had techs Chris and Colby come out. They were both professional, detail oriented and have gone above and beyond what they needed to do to protect our home from insects and critters. We also use them at my church where we had a major termite problem. They serviced us under warranty and the branch manager and regional manager came on site to address all our issues and they resolved our termite problem. I HIGHLY recommend using this branch. You won't be disappointed.

We have had an issue recently and we called Terminix to come back out and correct the issue. Wil Roach was sent to help us out. He was phenominal!! He went above and beyond our expectations and has given us a peace of mind!! I recommend this guy to anyone!! He was even amazing with my son who likes to ask questions and follow to see what is going on!! Definitely an amazing experience with this guy specifically!! I was impressed!! 5 stars for him!!! Over the 11 years we have had Terminix termite inspections the service has been managed reliably and promptly. Brandon did our inspection the past two years. He does a thorough job including getting into our crawl space. He explains what his plan is for completing our two part inspection of the house and the bait stations, answering any questions we have. We have been using Terminix for three months, and we are extremely happy with the results. We initially hired them because we had a severe mouse infestation; the mice were even inside the walls of our house. ​The outcome was truly incredible: within a single day of their initial visit, all signs of mice completely vanished.
