Grove Street Parking Garage

Avoid this parking garage!! We went with some family to a nearby restaurant for dinner and parked here because it was the most convenient location. On the way out, one of us paid the $3 fee, which is honestly a good deal. That’s where the good deal ended for us, however, as the other ticket was “unreadable.” There was no damage to the ticket, no marks, nothing. The booth just couldn’t read the ticket. We were forced to say we had lost the ticket because the booth couldn’t read it, and so it charged us $15 instead of the $3 our friends paid. I’d like to say that was the end of the troubles but it wasn’t. Our friend’s ticket was deemed “unreadable” on the way out of the lot, so we had to pay ANOTHER $15 after paying the original $3 fee. There was no employee available to help so we paid $27

My family and I were trying for over 30 minutes to get our ticket to work and get somebody to help us. Took us talking to a guy through the kiosk, the phone call button not working at the exit place, MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS WITH SOMEONE RUDE AS HELL. Absolutely terrible terrible service whoever I dealt with should not be working customer service at all that was the worst parking garage experience.

Too expensive and worst website on Earth. But at least there is room to park... At least when people don't decide to cram their F850 extended dual cab monster trucks all at once. Great skateboard spot... to imagine skating in... If I did that kind of thing.

There was only one time ticket machine. So when the event let out there was an hour wait... Standing in line to get ur ticket. Then go back to ur car (multi level trek)... Then get in the auto line out of the lot. Not the most efficient of ways to handle parking for an event center this size.

Great parking garage with plenty of parking spaces . walking distance to the heart of downtown
