Grumpy's Concrete Pumping

We used Grumpy's exclusively for many years due to the fact they always did what they said they would do. Their 47m pump arrived on our job site and would not pump at all. We scrambled to find another pump locally while they spent 2 hrs trying to fix their pump. We lost $3,000 in concrete and 2 hrs of a 15-man finishing crew, but still managed to get the job done with another pump company. We understand things happen and requested Grumpy's at least cover our concrete losses which they refused. They obviously expect to be compensated for performing their job. However, do not expect any responsibility on their part for their inability to perform their contracted task.

Do what they say they are going to do. We pump with them.
