Gruver Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

Iv had them come out three times, two times for my hot water heater. It was a simple thermostat fix both times. They could have lied upsold me a brand new unit since I don’t know what I’m doing so they are honest. Friendly on the phone, and I easily texted with my technician. I also had them replace a garbage disposal it was not outrageous and it works great.

Had to go with the "No Stars" on this one. Came out to do an estimate and promised he would call with an estimate that afternoon and didn't. I had to call him several times to get a call back and when he did call back he promised to call back the next day with the estimate and did not. I had to call him at every turn and when I did get him on the phone and expressed that it didn't feel like he wanted the job he responded that as much as I called him maybe I should find someone else for the Job.Had he called when he said he would, I would not have had to call him. I found someone else to do the job.

AMAZING. Called in the morning with an small(if that is even possible) plumbing emergency and he was kind enough to squeeze me into an already busy day. I thought he would just come take a look and tell me what it would cost and fix it later BUT he came in BOOM fixed it in a half hour and everything is running smoothly! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Called Gruver at 7:05 AM. (they opened at 7:00) Left a message with a detailed account of my AC problem. Also gave them my address, Phone number, etc. Waited all day for them to return my call. They never did. Called Wenger AC and Heating and they came out the next day. Fixed my problem. All is well. Don't waste your time with Gruver.
