GSI Pool Finishes

We had our pool installed by GSI this past summer and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. It was a big decision for us to move forward with the purchase, and selecting the right company was paramount. After a lot of research we landed on GSI and the experience matched the reviews. Their hands on approach and patience helped us land on the pool of our dreams and transformed our backyard in incredible time. I highly recommend to anyone who’s considering the purchase. We couldn’t be happier with our refinished in-ground pool. Our very outdated pool was an eyesore - I wanted an oasis and that’s what I got! I met with several professional restoration companies but GSI stood out from the start. Steve was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The work has been completed and my pool is resort worthy. Though weather complicated the secqencing the project was completed within a week, just in time to enjoy Memorial Day. We are very happy with the end product and we’d highly recommend their services!

We had to renovate our plaster pool to fix imperfections from the beginning. GSI came in and the renovations were well organized, professional and seamless. Definitely would recommend. See before and after pics.

Very poor customer service, two months afree agreeing on materials for renovations they never delivered the contract. Calls never returned- consistently ignored for a big project. Went with additional vendor and had contract delivered in 10 minutes. Significant wasted time.
