GST International

We have used this product two times and both times it failed to adhere and spalled off. We used two different installers with the same results. The second installer was promoted by GST as the "best installer on the East Coast" . I do believe the installer did the best they could but the product is not suitable for winter climates. Despite being assured GST would stand behind their product we cannot get calls returned or any remedy. We are now forced to jackhammer out the concrete and replace it with new concrete. Do not waste you money or your reputation on this product.

I have had nothing but problems with these products. I had to spend huge amounts of time trying to find support from the leadership of this company and have been given the runaround for more than a year. I was promised I would be supported at least in compensation for the needed materials I needed to use to remove their product from some large paver patio surfaces that turned into a hazy film due to this sealant product. After I repaired the faulty sealant a considerable cost to myself, I was the never given the courtesy of even a return phone call after eight phone messages. As a lawn landscape contractor in paver installer, I I would highly not recommend this product line.
