G.T. Maintenance Sprinkler Repair

I contacted Tracy for an estimate on the cost of replacing 6 sprinkler values that were showing signs of aging. He arrived early, did an assessment of my sprinkler system and replaced 4 sprinkler values. He recommended not replacing the other 2 since they are not in use currently. I appreciated his prompt response, competitive prices and not trying to replace things that did not need replacing. He did a great job.

Tracy is awesome !! He came to the house to give me an estimate on helping me out with my sprinklers, but instead of charging me for a quick, easy fix he pointed out easy ways I can fix them . He was moral, skilled , honest and a great guy . Not only did he earn my trust, but I will be referring all future jobs to him as well. Seriously, a great guy. He educated me on my sprinklers and was just happy to help. Totally recommend !!

OMG! How did I get so lucky? Thank you, Yelpers! I couldn't get the water to run for my irrigation system. I tried everything I knew but decided if I kept messing with it I would end up making it worse. I contacted GT Maintenance and was provided my appointment time for the next day (between 10 - 11). An actual appointment time, now that's awesome. Tracy arrived at 10:10 and, after hearing my woes and examining a valve, he explained what had happened to my system. He provided options for different routes to take for the repair with quotes. Me being the miser that I am, I took the less expensive quote and within minutes all was well. TOP NOTCH!!! Tracy is very professional.He showed up on time and straight to check my sprinkler valve and fixed it in less than 3 minutes. Over the phone we were talking about changing my valves that will costs me more than $100.So,because of his honesty saved a lot.To top it off, he did not charge me.Can you believe it?Highly recommended.
