Manolo and his Son of GTO provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were professional, courteous, respectful of me, (a 64 year old Woman, home by myself), our home and property and worked relentlessly to resolve our plumbing issues. Manolo provided me with easy to understand explanations about the problems with our system, what was required to resolve those issues and of his work at each step of the repair process. GTO also provided photos of the work/repairs to my roomate, via text, as he was at work and not able to be here while they were in our home both diagnosing the issues with our system and completeing the necessary repairs. Highly recommend! We got three estimates for replacement of lateral sewer line and some internal pipe re-routing for our older home in Lafayette. GTOs price was half of one of the other estimates and about $5000 lower than the other. GTO was very thoughtful and creative in their approach-- for example helping to save a tree over the sewer line. The team was very communicative and professional. It was a difficult job and they got it done for an amazing price.
