These guys are outstanding! They have handled several emergency cleanups and major repairs on a number of our new home projects and have delivered fast, excellent quality work and extremely fair pricing. They litterally just bailed us out of a major flood to our over 100 year office building in Rockville. We've used many other companies over the years and these guys are by far the best!

From my first interaction with Guarantee Carpet Cleaning, I was impressed. First, Bill gave me the ingredients for a solution for cleaning stains, then Tina so sweet and sensitive to my needs, which calmed me scheduled me for a cleaning the next day. Then there was Rigo who actually cleaned the carpet. I could not believe the result. The stains were dark brown. In half an hour, the carpet looked like new again. This was a fantastic experience!!
