Alex and his company saved my remodeling job from a very incompetent contractor that failed to complete our job in the winter leaving holes in my house and ran off with the funds from the project. They did excellent work and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Guarantee Construction goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, if I could give them a 10-star rating I would! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and was not only able to handle my large project on short notice, for a great price, but they also completed it on time and had great communication all the way through! The owner and his team were very respectful, responsive, detailed, and they are my only choice for all my projects going forward!

Got my roof done August 2023, owner was very attentive to my needs and educated me through the insurance process. Work got done in 1 day, very fast and efficient! Since then I have used this company for interior work and do redo deck. 10/10

Excellent experience, Mr Jaramillo came to our home and really listened our ideas and needs. Him and his crue did a great job, very clean; professional and finished on the scheduled time.
