Guarantee Roofing and Fence

Editing to add our beautiful new roof! Brendan and Keith did an amazing job and it looks great! Steven, Collin and Zander did our fence and did a great job! It looks so good and we couldn't have asked for better!

Once again I have had work done by the crews at Guarantee! A new roof and new gutter guard. I am extremely happy with the high quality materials and the entire experience! Cole explained everything so well and came 30 miles to my house on three separate occasions to set everything up. Brendan and the roofing crew came to my house and worked so hard to get the new roof on with such efficiency. Later on the same day, Josiah, Ryder and Glen came and put new, high quality gutter guard onto my pre-existing gutters. Every crew member that I spoke to was kind and very polite. I recommend this company to all of my friends in Illinois! They really care about their customers. My new vinyl fence is beyond my expectations! We had a fantastic experience with Guarantee! From sales to service after the sale, it’s been great. Jimmy was thorough in his explanations of our projects and broke things down in ways we would understand. He got us excellent crews for our fence and roofing projects. Weather delays slowed things down, but Devin and his crew made sure to get everything just right for us and worked in the brutal heat to get the job done. Mitch and his crew did a great job on our fence. Marie and Leah in the office were great to work with as well! Always kept us up to date on what was going on. Overall, 10/10 experience! Definitely recommend!

My parents asked me to write a review on their behalf because they weren't sure about the online review process but wanted to share their experience. They were very pleased with their experience working with Cole on an initial estimate to replace their prior fence that has seen it's better years. I will commend Cole on the sales process working with my parents to meet their needs all the way to his installation team Nick, John, and Denim, who took the extra time to make sure things were the way my parents requested. My Dad utilizes a wheelchair so isn't very mobile but Nick took the time to talk to him in detail the day of installation as they got going to assure him of all they planned to complete. Steven, Nick, and John were WONDERFUL! Respectful, timely, and they installed our new aluminum fence quickly! They cleaned up debris during and after work completetion. I would absolutely recommend this crew for a fence install.
