Roehm Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

We had just started the heating season when our furnace went out. Beth and the ROEHM team came out the next day and found a crack in the heat exchanger. They went above and beyond to help us afford a new unit. The new system is in and I want to thank them for an immediate response. Beth has a heart of gold and would recommend them to anyone. She even came barring gifts.

Awesome from start to finish!! Roehm was recommended by our handyman and I'm so thankful for the recommendation. They were upfront and honest from the very beginning. I had to get a new furnace during the coldest time (of course) and they were super fast and efficient getting everything explained to us and hooked up so we could have heat again! Excellent service! We were impressed with the service to not only our home but our rental. He took the time to ask questions, even asked if we had a working carbon monoxide alarm! When he identified an issue at the rental, he immediately contacted us and with approval made the repair. With our contract, the repair was very affordable. The bill was emailed to us by the great office staff they have. We would strongly recommend them. Best choice...choose Roehm!

Honest fast an efficient! We would recommended anyone and never use anyone else we bought a house with a unit that was 5 years old. They told us the parts were still under warranty, and that the labor was covered, so they fixed our heating unit, and we had to pay nothing! how honest is that!? that never happens. So if you're looking for a company an youre undecided this is the one to choose. It's rare you get a company that is honest these days. They return your call within 30 minutes on the weekend. There is a service fee, but on the weekdays. There is not, and they usually show right up within an hour. Don't go with any one else youll be making a mistake.
