My husband and I are so pleased with the great service we received from Jim, the owner of Guaranteed Comfort and his employees. With colder weather approaching, we were grateful that Jim found the issues with our furnace and was quick to fix them and also put us in touch with someone able to help us with financing as we needed to replace the whole system. Jim was also able to give us some tips to make our home more energy efficient, that we were able to do ourselves. I would highly recommend Guaranteed Comfort to my friends and family!

Jim and Chris were great to work with. Super knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced my furnace and outdoor unit and were very professional. Brittany was always pleasant to speak with on the phone when we discussed anything, and she also was super helpful in guiding us toward fantastic financing options for the work and equipment. I would absolutely recommend and use Guaranteed Comfort again. The only knock I would have, and it would be a 1/2 star knock if we could, is the proactiveness of communication. There was a follow-up action that needed to be completed after the initial install and I had to make the call to them to schedule the follow-up instead of them contacting me to schedule. Jim and his team rescued us from a horrific experience dealing with my HMS Home Warranty. We were already on the fence on whether we should go with HMS when our A/C finally went out. Prior to that decision, we did get estimates from 5 different HVAC companies. Guaranteed Comfort & Energy being one of them. We were so impressed with the personal care and professionalism of Jim and Charlie-This was a few months before the A/C stalled. When it did on April 27, 2015, we made the ultimate mistake of going with the home warranty company. Guaranteed Comfort did a great job fixing our air conditioning during the hottest part of August. The repairman had to work in the 160 degree attic all day but still got the job done right in a short amount of time, and they came out the day we called them, which was really appreciated. Everything looked the same as we left it when they were done working, if not a little better. Eric Wood was very helpful with helping us decide what options were right for our home and he worked with us to make sure we could afford it. I would recommend this company to other homeowners.

We had Guaranteed Comfort out last winter to repair our furnace. We were pleased w/ the work & price of repair and purchased a maintenance package. Brian & Jim (the Owner) did the furnace work. Today, Chris came out to check out our air unit. Chris fully explained everything he was doing & answered all of my questions. Very professional service! We highly recommend using these guys!!! They are our "go to" guys from now on.
