they were recommended by my roofer. I called and asked for a gutter cleaning. They came - did the job, left the place clean. They sent a bill and an evaluation. All good, no muss no fuss. I will call them again when I need gutter cleaning. good job

Needed to reconnect a downspout on the roof of our 3 Flat. Tim came over and looked at the problem, took pictures and provided a quote VERY quickly (all on the same day as my call). They also inspected the roof to check the drainage to the back gutter. They started the work within a day or so and showed up at the appointment right on time. Took pictures to show the work completed. Super job. Reasonably priced. Very professional and customer oriented.

I am giving a 5-star rating based on the two sentences below. I cannot honestly tell anyone all that I think about the completion of the job/mission – which is the freeing up of the clogged downspouts at my house because I won’t be physically able to go outside for a while. The real success of the job will be measured by the next rain and/or snow. My wife and adult grandchild are in no position to comment either. But like me there are very happy that Guaranteed Gutters came and apparently fixed the problems and especially that they came so soon – the day after Christmas! If I had to say something about my dealings with the company, I would certainly give a 5-star rating as I felt like our communication was both adequate and efficient. I booked gutter cleaning online. They provided 24 hours notice and completed the work on time at a very reasonable cost. They did an inspection of my roof and gutters and sent a detailed report.
