Stay away. Multiple gaps in fencing. The fence is leaning in multiple areas. This company failed to use concrete and failed to notify me that concrete would not be used. A few days after the fence was installed it stormed out. Came out the next morning to a wobbly fence. I informed the company of the issue and was told to speak with my contractor or I would need to pay additional to fix. Update. Fencing is coming down due to wind. Was told this is commercial grade fencing. Very poor quality. Added photos as support. Additional update. I was informed that this company will not fix the issue due to this review. Our school uses guardian fence for all our fencing needs. We have had a trash enclosure, fence around a playground, an entrance gate and two traffic control gates installed over the years. With all installations, we have received excellent service and benefited from high quality products. Justifying our 5 start rating, and highlighting their dependability, was when we experienced an issue with a traffic control gate several months after installation. I contacted Dean, and within hours, he stopped by to evaluate the situation. Dean diagnosed the problem and had us back in service with minimal delay. Great company. My job was small but they told me who could do the job. All worked out great and when I called I got a living person to talk to not just leave a message.

I contacted this business for a fence estimate on a Tuesday and the operations manager Brian told someone would contact me which they did, his name was Sean. Sean said he would come out Friday between 10am and afternoon which was a vague answer but never came to do the fence estimate. They were a no call no show and Tuesday arrived and he still had not called with an explanation or to reschedule. I will be contacting another company to do my fencing. This was extremely unprofessional of them and when I contacted Brian again (the operations manager) to let him know what happened he couldn’t care less. His response was “I am sorry to hear that.
