Called them on Sunday and they came out but after 6:00 pm. they did not tell me of a $325 charge to just show up. Took my door springs apart before they even knew if they had the part needed to fix. They said they had it but it was $625 a spring. Total cost was $1575 stupid high price! they just wanted to keep up charging me. $350 for a tune-up. I could buy another garage door opener for that. I told them no. Just make the door go up and down. They said they needed to tune it up to make it go down. I had replaced this one myself 2 years ago. I knew it was just an adjustment needed and told them so. They then proceeded to adjust the door and make it work. No tune up was needed. High pressure sales tactics, prices far above industry standard. Gave individual prices without a total quote. Not all issues were resolved. Overall felt predatory, and if not for external pressure to get the job done quickly I would have sent tech home and chosen another company for service.
