First time using a repair service. I like doing most of the things around the house myself, ( very handy ) so I know it's done right. I bought a new garage door and opener and installed them both with help from a friend. But I couldn't get the garage door to work on the opener, so I gave guardian garage door service a call. They sent someone out right away to check it out. Bryan was my service man, called me when he was on he's way so I didn't have to sit and wait all day for someone to show up ( and we all know how that is ). When he got here, he checked out both garage door and opener to make sure it was installed correctly. He adjusted a few things and got them to work. Walked me through a few other things and gave me the total cost of the service call and repair... Was very reasonable

Brian was extremely thorough, clear, and efficient. He explained the problem and what it would take (time, material and cost) to fix. After he completed the job in about 1/2 hour, my garage door no longer made a squeaking noise and the damaged parts had been replaced. He also explained how to maintain the system to help ensure that it would last beyond the guaranteed time period. Would recommend without hesitation

Tom came by today and did a very efficient, timely job and was very professional in his approach. He replaced my springs and rollers with a high quality product and I feel very comfortable with the warranty offered. I am very satisfied with Guardian, not only with their quick response to my immediate needs but with their understanding of my systems future needs that allows me to avoid problems before they occur .

When my garage door was unable to open, I was able to get an appointment for the following day. Brian called prior to his arrival and was able to finish the repairs in less than an hour. He was very detailed and clarified everything that would need to be done prior to finishing the work.top notch.
