Super friendly service!! Had to stop at 3 different key copying places (I didn’t know what I was doing) and this was my last stop, and the best experience!!! Girl with semi dyed hair and tan skin was so so kind and helpful and brightened my day! :)

I had a gun safe that the battery’s died on the key pad and I couldn’t find the key so I called the store earlier today, they took a note and Jermey the owner gave me a call back this evening(after hours). Walked me through a couple different things to do, and if I can’t get let him know and he will come out and help me. (One of the thing he told me to try worked and I got in my safe.) Awesome service and will recommend them to everyone!!

I’ve been having problems with my key fob, locking itself inside the car twice now. Monty has worked with me both times and has always been great! He was super helpful and very kind. I will definitely be taking my fob in to have Guardian assist with future services! They are the best and I highly recommend.

Guardian Lock & Safe Company is the best Locksmith in North Dakota hands down!!!! Jeremy ran out 2 1/2 hours south of Sykeston on a Saturday at 7pm after I lost my key fob duck hunting in a the middle of a field. He programmed my vehicle and got me on the road when OnStar was no help. My Father had to make a flight out of Bismarck for hospital appointment and wouldn’t have made it without Guardian Lock & Safe!

I cannot say enough great things about Guardian Lock and Security. They were so polite and quick to get me on the books, and were flexible for when I needed to get the service done. I had the privilege of meeting Monty. He was so kind, respectful, punctual, and open to teaching me things about locks. Monty takes his job seriously and strives to make sure the customers he serves are safe and protected at all costs. So grateful to have people like Monty working for Guardian and located here in Bismarck.
