Patrick and his team were awesome. They were friendly yet professional and made sure everything was done right. Him and his team also took their time showing me all that they had done and why. I was completely satisfied. I was also thrilled that a technician came that night to find out where our leak was and what needed to be done. He was so helpful and did a thorough inspection to make sure we wouldn’t have any more surprises later on.

I recently installed a Bidet for my husband and thought it was leaking. We called Guardian Plummer's and they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Chase came out to troubleshoot the supposed leak with my bidet. He thoroughly checked the bidet out and the hookups. To make a long story short. He came up to me and looked very baffled and said he couldn't find any leaking on the bidet. And I still had an option if I wanted to to reseat the bidet at a cost he quoted me. But, he honestly said that he didn't think I needed to do that because it's not leaking. I finally figured out my husband was using the controls on the bidet incorrectly causing the water to run on the floor. It was never leaking. My point is... Real nice & knowledgeable folks all around! From the initial call to request service with Zoe, to the tech Alex and his team mate that came out, diagnosed, but most importantly, troubleshot around our parameters and executed a fix with precision and within budget!
