This was the second time I had the pleasure of Charlie servicing my home. Actually the first time was just for a quote, but both times he has been very professional, courteous & down to earth. He explains everything to me in terms of understanding what's happening & I really appreciate that. He is very friendly when it comes to my Doodle & they get along very well!! I recently switched to Guardian Services LLC and could not be happier with the experience. They’re a small, locally owned and operated company — not backed by private equity — and it shows. When you call, you’re connected directly from the operator to one of their three technicians. There’s no corporate call center or layers of management. I had the benefit of working with CJ, and he was absolutely fantastic. He’s been working in the field for years and really knows the local industry. He knows the area, the equipment commonly installed here, and even who the strongest technicians are around town. Guardian has been amazing, responsive, and reasonably priced! We used them for new AC this summer and they were able to get it installed quickly, working long hours on a weekend! We had an issue with our heat today and they came out within hours to fix it, even though the issue was due to our breakers and not their equipment. Great company with friendly, prompt, professional service.

Excellent service at a reasonable price! Had maintenance performed on my two units and they were extremely thorough, ensuring everything was clean and all voltages and pressures were in acceptable levels. As a good litmus test, I did know one unit was going to need a part replaced as I heard the warning signs that my other unit had when the same part went. Jim identified the issue when looking at the unit and advised me that it was going and needed to be replaced which made me confident that they knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend them and Jim!

Charlie arrived quickly and was easy to work with. He took the time to clean and inspect all parts of my A/C, explained things as he went, and shared a few tips to help it run better. He was respectful of my home, covered his shoes when he came in, and was pleasant to talk with.
