Guelzow Heating & Air Conditioning

The Guelzow Team did a wonderful job replacing our gas water heater! We made a call less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time amidst this arctic blast. They got us in for an appointment as soon as possible, were early to the appointment and did a thorough job. Everyone I dealt with was personable and professional on top of it all.

Caleb came over and diagnosed the issue with our furnace. They worked a quote up and were able to install a new furnace in just a couple of days. Caleb and Tom were very professional and did a great job installing the furnace and walking me through the set up for the thermostat.

Furnace died and they were able to come the same day to get it running. I ended up getting a new Furnace installed and 2 days later. Joe and his coworker did an excellent job, were friendly and explained things well. I'm very satisfied with my new Furnace.

My water heater began leaking out of the bottom a little over a week ago. Despite my best efforts I was unable to fix it so I called in on Monday morning to set up a time to get it looked at. They came out at 9:45 on Tuesday morning and gave me a quote, and at 1:30 the installation team came over to install my new water heater. The communication was great, the crew cleaned up well after themselves, and they tested all of the faucets in the house to make sure there were no more air bubbles in the lines. Arrived on time, both techs extremely affable efficient, knowledgeable. They removed the not so old pos wall mount unit that I had nothing but problems with since its installation 5 years ago, had the new unit up and running in half the expected time frame. No bull, top notch outfit . They’ve got my business from now on !
