The company was recommended by my Realtor as roofers able to so a great job at a fair rate. Unfortunately that is not what we experienced. We had contract Gueriera to fix a leak that we had that was coming into the house through the kitchen and the living room. They examined the roof and said that the source was leaks around the solar panel. They promised that they could fix the problem. Two weeks after they came we have an eypectir look at the roof. They reported and later confirmed by another roofer that the whole roof had to be replaced. An that what Gueriera did was a sloppy band aid. This was evident by continue leaks as well a a flood of water pouring over the supposedly clean gutters. Multiple calls Guiera was returned with promise to call back. We have to go to another roof

I’m super pleased with these guys. My roof was almost 30 years old with bowed up asphalt shingles and rust stains. I wanted a full strip and replace with architectural shingles but was afraid of getting taken for a ride. Everything in the DMV seems to cost 50% more than it should. These folks had the lowest quote and were fast. From initial consult to completed job was just over a full week. No complaints at all. House looks brand new from the outside. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a small flat roof with an EPDM membrane installed by Guereria Roofing about eight years ago (at a great price), and there was a small leak due to solar panels that caused penetrations that Charles (the owner) advised against but did anyway for me. I contacted their office via e-mail about the warranty coverage of their work, and Angela emailed me back the same day. Charles was out the next day to fix it. I was and continued to be impressed by their professionalism.

Great roofing team with a high level of professional knowledge and performance. Charles has installed countless jobs for us shingles, slate, cedar, copper, standing seam, and rubber. Work is always installed straight and clean each time. As a builder I am picky when it comes to roofers and my pick is Gueriera Roofing!

If you need your roof replaced and want immediate attention, a large team doing the work, they are all over it. If you need any warranty work, or to have them come out for anything other than a complete new roof... GOOD LUCK. Two or three times I've needed them to come out and it was painful each time. I reached out to them multiple times, I get an email response and promise that the main guy will be in touch and 99% of the time doesn't come on the day promised, zero emails, zero calls. Contact them again, starts all over. It's not the worth the risk using them if you end up needing warranty work done. I'd give them a 0.0 but it won't let me. I'd give them a 4 or a 5 on the initial complete roof replacement, a 0.0 on warranty work, or just even coming out to look at a problem
