After going to Ace hardware, we won’t be shopping at Lowe’s or Walmart anymore. They have a great selection. Sarge helped us right when we walked in and we were able to quickly find what we needed with his help. He was great! Will definitely be returning

This used to be a great store back when it actually was Guidry‘s, back when it was a local store and not another corporate nightmare. Now that Ace has purchased it, the employees are unhelpful and in my experience, sexist. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean you can treat me like I’m an idiot Do not shop here. They don’t deserve your money.

Stop going to the big box places and go here. They have what you need, the folks who will help you if you want, and the prices are great. Support local

Customer service is TOP. NOTCH!!! Not only do they have hardware abs other home supplies but they’ve got TONS of local products as well. The Scott and Lafayette locations are amazing because it’s like they know what you need before you even ask and I can bet they’ve got everything you’d need!! Love going to either location because they make you feel like family when you walk in! LOVE LOVE LOVE my girl Batrice!!!!

The most HORRIBLE customer service I received from management. Then they have the audacity to post signs to shop local. I do shop local but it doesn't have to be at this store. I will say Sarge is the best at customer service and knowledge of what he sells.
