Guler's Appliance & Mattress

We needed a new refrigerator as ours was going to be a costly repair. Greg our salesman was very helpful and very understanding when we changed our order due to size concerns. The original one we had picked was going to be a bit tighter than we had thought after remeasuring the opening. The delivery guys were awesome!! They were extremely careful in removing our old fridge as well as bringing in the new one. They were very polite and courteous. We were completely satisfied with our new purchase and if the need is there, we will come back to Gulers. We recommend Gulers to anyone looking for new appliances.

We had an excellent experience with Guler’s Appliance & Mattress replacing our kitchen appliances. Their pricing was fair and very competitive—better than the big box stores—and the service was far superior. My office has also purchased from them, and they even serviced a technically out-of-warranty refrigerator simply to make it right, which says a lot about how they do business. Being able to see and compare everything in their large showroom was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Old timey feel locally owned appliance store with modern day appeal. Dale was friendly and inviting and was a pleasure to work with. Staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome as well. I was happy to support local and a small business who actually appreciated my business. Great experience from purchase to install. I would definitely recommend them for all your appliance needs.

Let me begin saying that when I worked for the rescue mission we got a fridge donated from them and in my new job we encourage the residents of our duplexes to buy and service their appliances at Guler. So I decided to give it a shot for just a small need. I went a few days ago and the service I got made me think to reconsider advising our residents to do business with them. I got the worst customer service (experience) ever. The guy wasn’t friendly at all he didn’t know what he was talking about and he said things that wasn’t on the door sign. I am very disappointed and will do on my end whatever it takes to redirect our residents to another store / vendor.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Guler's. Purchasing the appliance was easy and pleasant. The representative was knowledgeable. He did not try to sell up sell me. It was a good experience all the way around! Alex was our installer. He was courteous, prompt, and had such an attention to detail. He was amazing! I look forward to purchasing my stove from Guler's next year. Guler's is my go to appliance store! Thank you Guler's!!
