Gulf Coast Carpet Cleaning/ and water remediation

So I had him come clean our then vacant house we just bought on the 17th of March. The day he cleaned they smelt and looked great. The next morning my whole house smelt like wet dog. I called to find out if there was anything we could do to resolve the smell and was sent to voicemail. I have yet to hear back from him on this matter. We moved in on the 19th, so it’s been only 5 days and I was able to go purchase myself a new good vacuum to take care of my carpets, this is what came out! We don’t have a shedding animal period! This is disgusting! There is no way after a full week today having them professionally cleaned that this should be coming out of my carpets! I feel like he just shampooed and didn’t vacuum first and that’s where the smell came from and now I can’t get rid of it. Yes th

My carpet is 30 yrs. Old and has seen a lot of traffic! Gulf Coast Carpet Cleaners came out and cleaned them and I was amazed! They look so good. What a great job and I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere. I will only use them from now on!

Best rate. Excellent customer service. Carpets look smell and feel clean. Definitely a recommendation to everyone! Will never use anyone else! I have before and always end up disappointed or overpaying. But not with Guld Coast they are AWESOME!
