Dropped off a Push mower needing tune up and a new throttle bail on July 7, 2025. I picked it up today, September 9, 2025 because NOTHING had been worked on or repaired. When I asked Sam “ how my mower could have sat there for over 2 months without any attention “, he first said “ I don’t know what to tell you”…. When I picked it up today I pressed further and asked how work orders are processed there? Sam replied that he “ puts them in the computer and then he wipes his hands of it”.. “ then it’s up to the MECHANICS IN THE BACK THAT RARELY SHOW UP TO WORK AND I CANT CONTROL WHAT THEY DO!”…. Then I asked if he saw a disconnect there relative to “ assuring the work orders get done and keeping the customer (me) informed along the way”? He replied “ I have no control over that”… Then I asked

I had my mower serviced by this shop about a month ago. I've cut the lawn twice since. It runs great, sounds powerful, and the RWD is running like a rabbit again too! Even more impressive than that, I dropped it off on Monday morning, hoping to have it back by the weekend, and 2 hrs later, I got a call with an estimate. And then 2 hrs later, another call telling me it was ready to go. Great service, fair pricing.

My husband received a call a couple of days ago stating his lawn mower was ready to be picked up. He arrived at 9am on Saturday Oct 5th and they were closed. Their website states they are open on Saturdays from 8-12.

Was looking for a riding mower found one I liked but was really out of my price range I emailed them anyway to see what kind of financing was available and maybe there was a sale I didn't know about. Owner emailed me back within 10 minutes with the exact mower I wanted for over half off all because it had a little battery acid on the frame he made money and I saved over a grand that is a great business man and a great person. I'll always go back there for all my equipment needs even if he is priced higher on some stuff he got my business from now on. Thanks for helping me out I really appreciate it a ton.

Great pricing and hospitality. I recently dropped my Zero turn off for some warranty work to be done. They had it fixed within 2 hours of me dropping it off.
