They are on auto meter witch means the don't come out and read your meter I have taken pictures of my meter every day it's not changing we do the same thing everyday. Some days they take 16 a day then some days $5 then bearly a dollar y'all are stealing people's money I'm getting a attorney this is crazy I have heard other people complain about it to I'm getting y'all investigated

They are the worst as far as customer service, but extremely the worst as far as the fact they don't work with people on extentions, payment plan. Nothing. I'm disabled, on a low fixed income. But still nothing. And rude. What a freaking joke. But unfortunately I have no other choice to deal with these ridiculous people. Update... told them I needed help, they refer to a agency that's even ruder than they are and even more UNCARING, AND NOT COMPASSIONATE even worse than they are. Called gulf coast back ask for some kind of payment plan they said that they don't do that at all whatsoever. Unwilling to help, rude, rude, UNCARING electricity company on the PLANET. Omg 😲 😱 😲 😱. WOW.

Thank you Gulf Coast Electric Coop!!! You have the best customer service anywhere! My 98 year old Dad's power went out and you were on site and had the power up and running within 30 minutes! Don’t listen to what they tell on the phone. And don’t get ur hopes up about cashing an estate check even tho they said they would. Having an account with them for 37 years apparently doesn’t mean anything.
