We had a tub removed and a shower installed. Gulf States Marble sent Scott out to install the marble. This shower is fabulous! Scott stays very focused on his work. He is very meticulous on his placement of marble trim and caulking the final product.would highly recommend this cimpany.

We recently hired Gulf States Marble to update both of our bathroom tub/shower combos. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and the quality of the work that David and crew provided. The selection and the price was also very good. We will definitely hire them again in the future when we decide to update our kitchen.

I needed some marble work done in our guest bathroom. I stopped by Gulf States Marble and spoke to the woman in the showroom and explained what I needed. She wrote down my information and said someone would contact me within a week. It’s been a month and no contact. Please be careful with this company.

Gulf States Marble may produce great products but the service and customer relations is far from acceptable. After a visit to the showroom and numerous unreturned phone calls we wasted almost two months. In about more than a months time David did come by and saw the issue and said he would fit its in when he had a chance in the next week or so. He stated to contact him that next week if I haven't heard back from him. I did just that and two more times thereafter just to be told he was busy and he would get the message. On the 3rd call I told the lady who answered the phone that just a one minute phone call or a message relayed from him to me would have been acceptable. I couldn't be more pleased with the products or service at Gulf States Marble! I got new counter tops for my kitchen. The staff was patient with my questions, and Greg, the service man, came out and installed. He was professional and courteous and did an amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!
