Instead of parking in a perfectly good parking space at the truck stop, they chose to park at the fuel island and go into Arby's to eat lunch. while we truckers have a clock that limits the amount of time we can spend sitting behind a truck, waiting for it to come back from its lunch break. I have to wait for drivers like this to move from the fuel island so we can deliver goods and their products.

I called them before I came over to buy roofing material. Person on the phone was so nice and understanding that I drove an extra 20 minutes to get to their place rather than their competitors. When I got there the same hospitality was given to me. As per our telephone conversation. They are very efficient. Got everything put together for me. Went outside. They put everything in my truck but didn't have to Wait too long. The products are all excellent my roof looks amazing. I want to say thank you to elite roofing supply and all their workers, especially the counter guy. He was great

I had a great experience with Chris. The salesman went above and beyond to help me find high-quality roofing shingles at a very affordable price. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really focused on getting me the best deal. He even referred me to an installer who did an excellent job on the roof. I highly recommend Elite for anyone looking for great products and service.

Beware of this company. They poked a hole in my roof while delivering materials and covered it up with a bundle of shingles. Not even a hour later I called Martin and texted him the pictures, we had agreed that I would give him the invoice and they would take care of it, Waited two weeks to get a call from the manager (Gustavo) only for him to say that he needed more proof, I went and meet with him and asked to meet with him and the crew who did the delivery and he just made a million excuses. Don’t recommend. I will be uploading pictures and text messages of the conversation.
