Gun Hill Fence was outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, hardworking and dedicated to making sure we got the fence we wanted. It took extra time due to COVID causing factories to shut down, but Vance always kept us updated. We know now the fence we have always wanted. I inquired about a quote for a chain link fence, and the instant I disclosed that I work as a contractor, the whole tone of the conversation shifted, as though I was seeking preferential treatment or exclusive pricing. It has been a month since then, and I am still patiently awaiting the promised callback that was assured to me.

I did not get too, 3 weeks waiting for a quote. Call today see if they where coming. The owner made fun of me telling me that I should know there's a pandemic so he started laughing and told me bye bye. he don't care about my business. I know there's a pandemic It took 3 weeks waiting and for him. And for him to mock me on the phone. Horrible way of conducting business.

I can't be happier with the service I received from this company. After a storm the wind completely knocked down my fence onto the street and I had no way of fixing this. It looked better then what it did the day I got it installed. They have a customer for life in me now. Great job fellas.
