Gunlock Heating and Air

I would give Zero stars if I could. I will never use this company again. They charged us a lot to replace our package heating and air unit and we had problems for 6-7 weeks after they installed it. Caleb ghosted me when I would text him that our unit still wasn’t working properly. First he told me he was contacting tech support, then he was ordering parts, then he was waiting for parts to be entered into system for the warranty, I had to hire and pay another professional technician to come out and diagnose the problem and the entire time it was the thermostat! Something I had mentioned to Caleb the owner several times. Not to mention that Caleb set the units fan to run nonstop from the outside and I couldn’t change the settings inside to turn it off , essentially causing even a more expens

Got an estimate to install central air on an existing furnace. He did the work for what was qouted. Said it would take about 4 days. It took them two weeks to do the job. One of his workers cracked the sheet rock in our kitchen ceiling. Told us he had a construction crew and would have it fixed. Took him one week to attempt to fix the ceiling himself( not his "construction crew"). The patch was about 18"×18" (not a big patch). When we had enough I told him I would fix it myself. The crack was next to a air register they had installed and did not install the register diffuse. Asked several times over a few weeks for the diffuser, did not receive it after being told we would. I guess I will try and find one that matches the others myself. Promised to clean up every day. My wife had to clean

Placed a request for service and they were able to come out the same day, even earlier than they thought. I had a unique problem in an older commercial building for which they were able diagnose and solve. Both technicians were super friendly. I was routinely notified of the progress, which was nice. The area was cleaned up as if there hadn't been a problem. I would recommend them again!

My hvac unit got taken out by a storm. Gunlock worked with my homeowners insurance and replaced the unit the next day after getting approval from insurance. They kept me informed and up to date with the process and their quality of their work was excellent.

Rey was here today to check out my furnace. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Gunlock has kept my furnace and air conditioner in great shape for over twenty years.Great local company
