Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet | Atlanta

We had a great experience with Gutter Helmet. We had them years ago and went with a cheaper option with our new roof. They never worked right and so we went back to Gutter Hemet with excellent results.

The salesman (Ken) was very thorough explaining the product. The installer (Jim) worked hard in the cold weather, was neat and cleaned up after himself. Our gutters were full of leaves. Both men were polite and cordial to us ( retirees).

I have used Harry Helmet several times and I love the quality of the product. I don't know what happened; if they switched management or what, but customer service has dropped to an all time low. Specifically, the Columbia office in Maryland. They were scheduled come out for an annual inspection of my gutter guards. The first time the tech came out, he didn't have a ladder tall enough. So they rescheduled, no one informed me. I happened to call. The second tech then comes out and he pulls up. Sits in the van for 10 minutes and pulls off. He reported to the office that my systems were checked and cleaned of any debris. I informed them that I have cameras and I have the tech on camera sitting in his van the entire time. BE HOME WHEN THEY STOP BY TO ENSURE THE WORK IS DONE! I spoke

Had installed Gutter helmet as well as downspouts and gutters on my previous home. Am currently having Gutter Helmet installed at my new home because it is a brand I trust and value.

Great Job! Michael and Christopher were very professional and very good on explaining what they were here to do (putting on Gutter Helmets). They were quick and clean up after themselves. The Gutter Helments looks great!
