I had my appointment for window clean today. I bought a voucher on Groupon that I thought was a pretty fair deal. When the worker was here he quoted my husband an addition amount of over 150% above my Groupon charge. I have no problem paying for additional services if my home is bigger than the Groupon limit but the fact that my husband was quoted an amount and then I was charge far more is not ok. The worker also didn’t have an invoice for me to review so we had to wait about 30 minutes for the company to email it to me which didn’t even have the entire amount services with the Groupon deducted like I would have hoped. Wonderful gutter cleaning done. Bought on Groupon but house roofline was bigger than anticipated, so the extra charge was okay. Great work, very professional. Treat them well, offer water. Rough weather outside and it's not easy to do.

I waited almost three months for my window cleaning appointment. Their phone voicemail has continued to say they were having problems and could only receive texts. So through texting I set my appointment. The night before I got a text as a reminder of my upcoming appointment and time. Their Groupon rating was a 4.1 so I was feeling confident! I moved everything and prepared my house for them. Two hours after my scheduled time no one showed up! Again the recording said to text. No response. I found another number only to be told that he was supposed to be here. She called back to say he was at the mechanic! I was told there were no available appointments and they would call. I still have heard nothing from them. I have tried the number only to hear the same recording! I am done!

They are advertised on Groupon however no one has called me back to schedule an apt. I waited over a months period of time due to Covid and the holidays and never heard from them. I left 4 messages interested in making an appointment. I had to contact Groupon to not get my money back but to only acquire a Groupon credit. I’m sure I will eventually use that credit. 😄 Update: from 1 ⭐️to 5⭐️… finally after 2020 had past I gave them another try. Quick service, guarantee for 12 months…. A few drains were still clogged, I called and they can back out and cleared the issue. Now I am a very happy customer and Do recommend them.
