Gutter Solutions Tristate

I am having problems with the gutter shutter that was installed a few years ago. I couldn’t remember the company who installed them so I looked up the only company in the area who installs them and it was this company. The problem I am having. Is that ice is building up on top of the gutter, and forming giant icicles, and creating a hazard walking in my front door. The lady at the desk, after saying “maaaaaaaaam” told me that she “doesn’t know anything about gutters i just work in the office” but that the problem wasn’t the gutter, but that My house wasn’t insulated right. I told her that that didn’t make any sense to me Because the ice is forming on top of the Shutter That is outside, and nowhere near insulated things and the purpose of the gutter is to catch the water. Work looks great and I will be having them come back to replace the gutter over my garage shortly as well that is over flowing also!

The sales rep Scott was knowledgeable and had samples of the product which was helpful. They replaced my old gutters with larger and better quality gutters with Raindrop leaf protection. The installation staff were very professional Chris and Skip. They definitely knew what they were doing.

We purchased a Gutter Shutter system in Cincinnati that came with a lifetime no-clog warranty. Now that the system is failing and water is pooling near the foundation, the company is refusing to honor their own warranty. We spoke with a representative named Shannon, who was not only incredibly rude and unprofessional, but hung up on us multiple times and provided inconsistent, undocumented explanations—first blaming a retired contractor, then falsely claiming we were “non-serviceable” with no prior notice or proof. This is a textbook example of warranty denial, potentially in violation of Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act.
