Just had my new gutters installed by M & M. They did a great job, very professional, on time and high quality workmanship. I am so pleased. M&M’s crew added about 160 feet of gutters to our home today and talk about professional. They were polite, they completed the job in an amazingly short period of time and they they cleaned up promptly after they were complete. We could not be more pleased. We used this same company 4 years ago and they were awesome then as well.

In 2019, I added new gutters to my house in the Villages by M & M services. They did a great job. So, this past January, after I had a new roof put on the house, I noticed a few leaks in the corners. Because M & M services did such a great job before, I had them replace corners as well. Excellent work at reasonable price.

Mike and his crew at M&M services were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time and did nice job. I had gutters installed and a set of pull down attic stairs. I highly recommend them if anyone would like the same thing I had done at my place in The Villages.

By the owner Buyer beware using less downspouts on a gutter is not necessarily The correct way to have gutters installed Using 6 inch gutter doesn't mean you can use less downspouts on a house There's a lot of factors that come into play the main one is you have to keep the gutter pitched And it has to be under the drip edge which is approximately 2 inches there are gutter companies That have expressed they have started a new trend by removing downspouts in critical locations With huge Amounts of water going into The gutter And it has a tendency of holding water especially at the corners Be careful of the sales pitch of You can use 6 inch gutters and use less downstairs for instance I'm seeing homes with 4 downspouts on 300 feet of gutter with 12 corners this is a huge problem when it come
