We had a fantastic experience with Guy Smith Home Services. Our electric bill was much higher than usual for the month of December. We contacted Guy Smith and got a SAME DAY appointment. A HVAC technician named Dom came out to our residence and evaluated our system explaining why the emergency heat was running on our 16 year old unit. After going over our options with Dom he was able to get a comfort consultant named Tyler out to our residence within the HOUR to give us a free estimate to replace our unit. Next day turned around after we decided to replace it. Our installers were Jared, Michael and Datwan and Shawn delivered the equipment! Technicians arrived on time. Both technicians Da'twan and Terrell where very knowledgeable and friendly. Replaced my a/c and coil in a very timely manner.They also left the system and working area better then it was before. I have full confidence that we will be cooler this summer. From calling Guy Smith and having their sales/consult come out. Explain all options and helped us understand our repairs. To the technicians come out for repairs, the service was amazing. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

Kali is very knowledgeable in her profession and made clear recommendations on how to improve my unit without the pressure of paying for it today. She pointed out a few things and provided key feedback in how to go about the improvements and gave me the choice and let me know the time frame of the quote if I decide. Joel was wonderful. He was very professional. Joel explained what he would be doing today and he came prepared . Before he started Joel asked if I had any questions or concerns which he addressed.
