Never shows up for the time/day they say they will he here. Over a month of trying to get you out to my mothers house to fix the furnace you all installed only 3 years ago and have had to fix the furnace almost every year since. It is out of warranty so it is not like you are doing it for free! My moms taking her buisness elsewhere and putting her money where it is worth. Also, maybe when you do actually pick up the phone, try not to be a rude jerk.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not responsive and they lack basic customer service skills- or I guess better put basic human decency ( I know those are some big words) so to break it down further and put it in simple terms “doing the right thing”. They came out to my mother and father in-laws to fix the central air, and charged them $240 to clean the central air unit. They were told this fixed the issue and surprise surprise it didn’t. This could have been simply resolved if anyone would return the multiple phone calls we left asking for resolution, once again lacking basic business etiquette.This poor customer service has left two elderly people with health issues without air WHEN THEY PAID to have it fixed! One of the worst experiences I have had. A 2 day job turned into a month job. After installing they blamed my house for the problems. If they had told me tis befofe installing the system I would not have used them. They showed up just when they didn't have a larger job. They left my house a mess. Dust was left every where. Carpets were tracked and when I was not there which was most of the time because it was too cold they made there self at home by eating candy and leaving the wrappers in the floor. They flooded my washroom by using my washer drain and left it for me to clean up the mess and treated me as though I was to dumb to know any better because I was a woman. Brought a brand new trane unit nothing done right. Vented thru house vent no drain pipe installed, wrong thermostat. Took months to get work redone. Still not sure if right.
