This store is your go-to store for most everything build it/repair it/renovated it/diy projects, you name it Lowes has most everything for that kinda project! They also keep up with holiday items at a great price! They offer a rewards program as well for building a report on past purchases and even using your rewards towards future purchases! You can pre-order special build materials if necessary, all shipped directly to the store with-in allotted time.

My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s. They sold us 2 bad water heaters and we had a hell of a time trying to get a refund which we did not get. They did give us credit but not the full price that we spent so we lost money. I advise everyone not buy anything electrical from these crooks you will regret it. Unless it’s an emergency situation and Lowe’s is the only option I’m done wasting money at Lowe’s. We’ll go to Home Depot or Menards.

Locating items is somewhat of a mess especially for building materials. At least you can use the app to look up the barcode and it will pull up what items you're looking at but it's somewhat cumbersome because items have small barcodes. No employees on floor to help customers find products they are moving about moving items around. Most items are randomly placed especially Lumber. Signage is horrible. Extend your stay for about an extra 20 minutes every time you go there just to get a few items. They can do better I've been to many Lowe's home improvement stores and they all exceed. Store seems to be a little rundown also if you look at the checkout counters the lane numbers are all crooked and ready to fall off. No chains on Lumber protectors and no signage for lumber. Couldn’t tell if they were even open when I pulled in. The front of the building was so dark I thought there was a power outage. Plus there were multiple tractor trailers parked in the lot taking up a lot of space and blocking Lowes off from the rest of the shopping center. The inside was large, clean, well organized.

Had to get a new dryer and they had amazing deals going on appliances so i actually got to get washer to. First time ever having brand new matching set. They are great so far and had excellent customer service. They loaded them and were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
