We hired Gwinnett Lawn Care of Loganville to continue a river bed of lovely rocks that we had started, I am totally DISSATISFIED with the completed look! We had river rocks in the tan/brown family of colors that were simply lovely! They ordered, delivered and provided us with "white" rocks and offered NO solution! Their resolution was to mix "my" rocks with their white rocks. And I even went out on my own to purchase more tan/brown rocks to complete this job which took over 3 hours out of my day round trip. They never offered a discount or a solution. The project manager never came back to walk our yard after his crew finished nor did he call to see if we were satisfied with the job. This rating is heavily based on integrity. Rating above one is because they at least had decent customer service. Potential customers should be careful about choosing this company as they will "soft quote" you in order to check your comfort to spend based on your address. Then they will hard quote you a higher rate after receiving a picture of your property from you, as if that picture provided more data to justify a higher quote. This is a company that will likely use this tactic again to squeeze more out of consumers. Businesses that use these tactics are the reason consumers are feeling the pinch in 2025.
