Called at 4:45 pm on Monday the phone rang several times, I hung up and tried again, got disconnected. And again, and again, on my 4th or 5th attempt the ring turned to a fast busy and that was that. All I needed was a price for 4 X 8 sheets of 5/8" drywall, and 4 X 12 sheets of 1/2" drywall.
Explained that since Covid they are short staffed! I appreciate the young man explaining why it took longer than usual to get unloaded! I overstand!
What a joke! This place is a shame, the employees are too incompetent to load your vehicle. The management is too incompetent to hire good people, or too incompetent to get their employees to do their job. You guys just lost our business completely!
Jim obviously doesnt know that Gypsum is the largest and MOST reliable drywall supply company in the state. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done safely and very efficiently. Jim must inhale spray paint on an hourly basis.
Looks like Travis found a new word. He wants everyone to know he isn’t incompetent. 😏. Such a tool.
