We needed three gates fixed on an aluminum fence. Other contractors did not want to come out as the job was too small, or the fence was installed by another company. Grover responded to my request right away and came by two days later to look at the gate issues we were having. Other companies told me the whole latch had to be replaced and on three gates would cost me up to $900 for parts and labor. Grover fixed it on the spot and at low cost. They’re either so busy with other people’s business or Chuck just doesn’t want my business. Couldn’t ever get him to respond to me more than once voluntarily and so I gave up trying to schedule an estimate.

Sent an email several months ago and never got a response. Tried calling several times and no one ever answered. Guessing they just don't need the work or they went out of business.
