H2 Environmental Pest Management

I called H 2 Environmental Pest Control to come and remove a hornets nest that was in a window frame. I received a call back right away from Gus the owner. An appointment was set up and a technician, Robert, came to take care of our hornet problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend H2 Environmental Pest Control.

Used this company last year of May due to a roach problem. Spoke with Gus prior to the appointment . Was sent someone else to spray my household . The person just sprayed our home and went about his day. He never inspected our household before spraying to see if the issue was severe. We was never told that we would need a follow up . Ive been contacting gus to make a follow up appointment but was given the run arounds . I had to double text him several times because he just came back from vacation and was told I would receive a call back but never did . Quite unfortunate to not be given a follow up appointment . Felt like I wasted money .
